Congratulations!

It’s an exciting time for Tornado Nation as five outstanding student-athletes celebrate a major milestone, officially taking the next step in their athletic journeys at the collegiate level. Their commitments reflect years of dedication, perseverance, and passion for their sports.

Maddox Memmen, a small forward, is headed to Bob Jones University of South Carolina, where he looks forward to bringing his leadership and competitive spirit to the court as he begins this exciting new chapter.

On the baseball diamond, Camdyn Havel is ready to make his mark. A right-handed pitcher, Camdyn will attend Olivet Nazarene University. His achievement is the result of countless hours of training and determination.

Joining him in collegiate baseball is Alex Baker, who will bring versatility and talent to Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts as a first baseman and third baseman.

Tornado football standouts Omari Johnson and Javar Bowden are also moving on to the next level. Omari Johnson, a wide receiver, will continue his career at Miles College, while fellow wide receiver Javar Bowden is heading to Jackson State University in Mississippi. Both athletes are eager to compete, grow, and represent Tornado Nation on a bigger stage.

Together, these five athletes exemplify commitment, resilience, and excellence. As they head to their respective universities, they carry not only their talents but also the pride and support of their entire community. Congratulations to Maddox, Camdyn, Alex, Omari, and Javar on this incredible achievement — Tornado Nation is proud! Once a Tornado, always a Tornado!
