The AICE Program at Bay High is known for its rigorous international curriculum that prepares students for college, career, and global citizenship. AICE's favorite partnership is when our students team up with Chautauqua students to create meaningful relationships rooted in shared leadership, respect, and inclusive learning opportunities.
Together, Bay High and Chautauqua students are advancing a shared mission: to advocate for inclusive education and help other school districts replicate the Chautauqua model, a powerful blend of service, dignity, and purpose that has earned national recognition. Chautauqua’s approach emphasizes service-based learning that builds real-world skills while uplifting the communities they serve.
Bay High AICE and Chautauqua students have traveled internationally, advocating for inclusive classrooms and helping educators replicate this transformative model in schools beyond Bay County. Their global efforts reflect a commitment to ensuring that all learners are seen, supported, and celebrated, no matter their abilities.
Bay High AICE students have embraced this work as mentors by participating in joint service projects, learning from Chautauqua’s model, and bringing these insights back to strengthen their own leadership and community engagement initiatives.
